Available Positions

Responsibilities
  • Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying, and approving electrical design plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with allied design professionals such as architect, MEP and structural to resolve design issues.
  • Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials
  • Work with external consultants, product representatives, specialty consultants and fabricators
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience, with a strong background in Industrial Building.
  • Large scale project experience preferred
  • GBI / LEED experience preferred
  • Revit / BIM experience preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Practical experience with CAD software.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key consultants.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of design throughout project scope including project set-up and construction administration.
  • Create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and project requirements
  • Manage project scheduling, budgets, and set-up with clients, sub-contractors, vendors and consultants
  • Prepare project team work – plan and manage a range of project team sizes, comprised of project architects, interior designers, technical designers and consultants
  • Actively manage, track and be accountable for financial performance of project
  • Prepare project proposals, negotiate contracts and fees, coordinate bidding process
  • Ensure projects conform to contract
  • Manage team communication, project staffing, and oversight of consultant coordination
  • Contribute to office activities, initiatives and learning programs
  • Establish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationships
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction and/or Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of related experience, including 5+ years of demonstrated success as a project manager on large complex architectural projects
  • Passion and excitement for Office & Industrial related projects (greenfield and renovations)
  • Strong abilities in managing fees, schedules, staffing, and project finances
  • Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams
  • Experience negotiating project scope and fees
  • Experience with the entire project life cycle and design process
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
  • Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development
  • A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and management skills to include leadership, organization and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace and style
  • Must have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationships
Responsibilities
  • Perform technical design assignments that include programming client needs, diagramming and modeling conceptual strategies, developing conceptual designs into technical studies, and construction documentation
  • Engage directly with clients in coordination with client or client stakeholders to assure approvals
  • Manage client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with engineering and specialty consultants
  • Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials
  • Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts
  • Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators
Requirements
  • Degree in Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture
  • 5+ years of relevant architectural experience, with a strong background designing multiple building typologies of varying scale
  • Passion and excitement for Office & Industrial related projects (greenfield and renovations for Offices and Production space)
  • Large scale project experience required
  • GBI / LEED experience preferred
  • Revit / BIM experience preferred
  • Outstanding knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
  • Proficient and confident in public-speaking, and in moderating large teams of consultants, contractors, and clients
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key consultants
Responsibilities
  • Assist in conceptual design, schematic design, and design development.
  • Create conceptual design packages for feasibility studies, projects, and competitions.
  • Build 3D architectural and interior design models and graphic presentations.
  • Assist in selecting of color, materials and finishes to appropriately convey design concept, and to meet functional, socio-psychological and safety requirements.
  • Participate in selection and specification of furniture, fixture, equipment and millwork; provision of contract documents to facilitate pricing, procurement and installation of furniture.
  • Help to coordinate and collaborate with allied design professionals such as architect, MEP, structural, electrical engineer to resolve design issues.
  • Assist with preparation of construction documents consisting of plans, elevations, details and specification.
  • Provide support in administration of contract documents, bids and negotiations to ensure completion and execution of projects.
 
Requirements
  • Candidate must possessed LAM Part 2 Degree in Architecture
  • Fresh Graduate and experienced applicants are welcome to apply

  • Proficiency and advance in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop and 3D application
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture
  • 2-5 years of professional architecture experience
  • Strong design sensibility
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas
  • Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to problem solve both individually and as a part of a project team
  • Proficiency in the use of 2D/3D software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
