KCLA was appointed by IFE Malaysia to provide Planning, Architectural design, Civil & Structural, Landscape Design and Authority Submission for this new wafer fabrication facility of Infineon in Kulim Hi Tech Park. The project comprises of Class 100 and Class 10K cleanroom production areas, Centralized Utility Building, ancillary chemical and gas plant.
