Description
KCLA was appointed as the Architect, providing Architectural Design and Authority Submission services for the development, with a focus on functional planning, efficient logistics circulation, operational requirements and statutory compliance. The development features a state-of-the-art, two-storey ready-built warehouse facility comprising two distinct blocks. Block 1 is designed with future provision for Dangerous Goods (DG) storage, while Block 2 is dedicated to general warehousing.
