KCLA Architects served as the architect for this state-of-the-art 480MW hyperscale data center, developed on a greenfield site in Serendah. The masterplan integrates high-performance cooling infrastructure, energy-efficient layouts, and robust security zones to meet client’s global technical and operational standards. The facility is designed for scalability and resilience, supporting sustainable digital infrastructure within Malaysia’s growing tech ecosystem.
